Online ADHD Peer Support Groups

Living with ADHD can be a rollercoaster of emotions, experiences and execution. Some refer to ADHD as a superpower while others never feel heroic with it! ADHD impacts every aspect of life yet the resources to better manage it are difficult to access.  As an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider, I facilitate online ADHD Peer Support Groups in an active, collaborative and neurodivergent- friendly environment where participants can learn, grow and connect.

In this safe and supportive space, participants can gain a sense of belonging and connection by sharing their experiences, coping skills, practical tools, advice, accountability and motivation to improve their overall quality of life.

The flat rate fee of $400 is self pay and not covered by insurance. The group meets virtually for 8 consecutive Wednesdays from 6pm-7:30pm EST. This is an intimate group is held once a quarter with limited spots available. Contact me for more information.

ADHD can make it difficult to manage life and cause other problems if left untreated. Resources that are readily available and widely accepted facilitate symptom management and mental wellness to individuals with a neurodivergent mind and those around them. I host wellness workshops with an ADHD approach to share the neurodivergent experience with a broader audience, build community and offer practical interventions beyond traditional therapy sessions. Whether delivered in person or online, these workshops create educational and engaging opportunities for participants to better understand ADHD and to learn effective strategies to reduce its impact.

When members of an organization are anxious, stressed and burned out, the effects are costly and appear as increased absences, reduced quality of work and quiet disconnect. I teach organizations how to cultivate a culture of mental wellness to strengthen teams, build resilience and increase productivity. Each presentation is tailored to strategically address the concerns of the organization.
