Holiday season is around the corner and you’re already dreading the madness. From stressful shopping in crowded stores to forced participation in family gatherings, the holidays can feel overwhelming, overstimulating and overrated for people living with ADHD.

Those annual traditions that others anticipate send your nervous system into panic mode, every year. No amount of masking can help you hide the dysregulation you feel inside, so you push through and return home annoyed and exhausted.

Never again because THIS YEAR, you can give yourself permission to show up authentically. This holiday season, let’s celebrate the true you!
