Guiding others towards authentic living

Meagan Harrison

Hi there! I’m Meagan Harrison and I’m glad you’re here.

If you grew up in a home where emotions were difficult to communicate, you were often dismissed, called too sensitive and cast as the scapegoat. This can affect how a person views themselves, relationships and safety in the word.

Many of my Clients seek therapy when they feel exhausted, resentful and disconnected from themselves. They begin to recognize that meeting everyone else’s needs comes at the cost of their own well-being.

I believe true healing creates the foundation for self-prioritization which makes authentic living possible. As you prioritize your needs and respect your values, you design a life of fulfillment and alignment with your true self.

Through effective therapeutic solutions, I help adults understand harmful patterns, heal core wounds and develop healthy ways to reconnect with themselves and others. Together, we will move from survival patterns to intentional living that reflects your values rather than your fears.

Authentic Living

Authentic Living involves alignment, accountability and authenticity from intentional awareness, acceptance and action.

Alignment

The courageous act of choosing a path that's the right fit for you.

Accountability

Maintaining responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and behaviors
on that path.

Authenticity

Arriving to each destination as your true self — without an apology, explanation or feelings of guilt.

What I Believe

You're not too much

01.

Your sensitivity, big feelings and endless questions are not the problem; they are the doorway.

Insight isn't enough

02.

We don't think our way out of survival patterns. We feel our way through them, in a body that finally feels safe.

The relationship heals

03.

Research and lived experience agree that the single best predictor of effective therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship.

Ready to take the next step toward healing?

Choosing to live authentically is easier said than done.

I understand the resistance from others, discomfort with growth and uncertainty of the unknown that can occur from self-preservation. Letting go of destructive patterns that left you in the trenches is painful but necessary for your growth, healing and freedom.

“Learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortable so you can adapt when changes arise.
