Guiding minds, healing hearts, finding peace.

I’m Meagan Harrison, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider, and founder of Authentic Living Therapeutic Solutions LLC. I help people who are tired of performing, perfecting, and prioritizing others, finally put themselves first.

I believe that early life experiences shape who we are and become the reason we enter therapy. My journey as a therapist is deeply connected to my own lived experiences. As a consumer of therapy, I understand the desire to break free from generational cycles of dysfunction with a fear of backlash. As a provider of therapy, I understand how people pleasing, poor boundaries, and unhealthy relationships leads to overwhelm, exhaustion, and resentment. With over 10 years of mental health experience, I help adults to discover their true selves with awareness, acceptance, and action that is transformative.

You will receive intake paperwork to complete which helps me understand your unique background and needs, and guide sessions accordingly.

In our first appointment, we will discuss the therapeutic process, gather information, and create goals to begin treatment.
