Hey there!
I’m glad you’re here.

Meagan Harrison, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP

PSYCHOTHERAPIST

I’m Meagan and I help people who are tired of performing, perfecting, and prioritizing others, to finally put themselves first. I believe that life experiences shape who we are AND become the reason we enter therapy. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, I use clinical training and real life to help adults struggling with anxiety, depression and ADHD feel calmer, sleep longer and focus more on what matters. We address issues that were ignored AND the impact that still lingers. Together, we can identify your stressors, meet your needs, and achieve your goals. I offer an authentic and relatable interaction that encourages vulnerability and personal growth towards long lasting change. The work you do in session will guide you outside of session on your therapeutic journey and beyond.

I support adults just like you – compassionate, committed, and caring but feeling unmotivated and not good enough.
If you want to feel better sooner than later, contact me to get started.

My beliefs behind the work

You're not too much.

Your sensitivity, big feelings, and endless questions are not the problem; they are the doorway.

Insight isn't enough.

We don't think our way out of survival patterns. We feel our way through them, in a body that finally feels safe.
