Guiding others towards authentic living.

When you are taught early to put yourself on the back burner, choosing to live authentically is difficult, risky and easier said than done. I understand the resistance from others, discomfort with growth and uncertainty of the unknown that can occur from self prioritization. Letting go of destructive patterns that left you in the trenches is painful but necessary for your growth, healing and freedom.

Authentic Living involves alignment, accountability, and authenticity from intentional awareness and action.

Alignment

The courageous act of choosing a path that's the right fit for you.

Accountability

Maintaining responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors on that path.

Authenticity

Arriving to each destination as your true self — without an apology, explanation or feelings of guilt.

Throughout this journey, you must be an active participant in your success.

You can live as your true self, let me show you how!
